The New England College online Master of Science in Management - Strategic Leadership (MSSL) program was developed by industry leaders, and respected academia with the intention of providing a specialized degree for professionals who want to augment their current education and experience in the strategic leadership field to remain ahead in an increasingly competitive market.

The New England Master of Science in Management - Strategic Leadership Concentration (MSSL) is composed of 36 credits. Students take two courses back-to-back each semester. Each course lasts for approximately six weeks. You will deepen your understanding of every facet of strategic management and leadership by mastering essential skills such as: Economics of leadership, Organizational management and leadership, Managing projects and organization, Organizational communication, Strategic planning and policy, Professional and organizational ethics, Managerial accounting and finance for leadership.
