Anthem Institute was created in 1970 when one of the largest insurance organizations in the world had a need for qualified people to run its multimillion dollar computer center. In lieu of attempting to seek out skilled employees, the company created its own training center. The concept proved to be a success and in short order other large companies began to rely on Anthem Institute to provide them with computer professionals as well. The school was originally known as The Chubb Institute. |
