A graduate will be familiar with a wide array of substantive law and general
legal procedures, and will be able to perform a number of tasks in a legal
environment. Graduates will master legal research and writing, standard legal
forms, legal pleading drafts and other documents, litigation support, client
file management, and other related activities.
Graduates will also become
proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, Windows applications,
and the internet. Graduates will be trained to comply with the Legal and Ethical
canons regulating the paralegal's role as an integral member of the legal
support team.
