The Everglades University Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Management is

focuses on operational management, financial management, human resource
management, and critical thinking.

The Organizational Management program examines the human side of managing
organizations, allowing for skill development in communication, group behavior,
decision-making, human resource management, and ethics. One of the best things
about Ashford University's Organizational Management program is the ability to
customize your degree to fit your professional and educational goals. Students
with a background and/or interest in Applied Behavioral Science can transfer up
to 12 credits of Applied Behavioral Science coursework into their Behavioral
Science concentration resulting in a dynamic degree comprised of complementing
areas.
Students with a concentration in Applied Behavioral Science will have
examined various types of Applied Behavioral Science and their applicability to
specific situations and audiences. These students will combine their Applied
Behavioral Science education with organizational skill development in
communications, group behavior, decision making, human resource management and
ethics, culminating in a well-rounded degree. In addition, Ashford University's
transfer policy will allow you to transfer in your Applied Behavioral Science
credits no matter when you took them. |

for students who already hold degrees, diplomas or certificates in specialty
areas, such as merchandising, dental hygiene, electronics, medical assisting,
drafting, welding, or other vocational areas. Combined with our sound business
and general education courses, this degree prepares graduates for advancement in
management areas associated with their specialty fields.
Two options are
available in this program: (1) transfer of credit from the source of the
specialty training, or (2) creation of a specialty area using National American
University courses.
This program provides students with a thorough

the most appropriate course of action for specific business problems. It also
gives them an understanding of professional ethics and its application to the
