The Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy program is a terminal degree designed
for candidates seeking a non-traditional doctorate. Students will develop
leadership skills in the areas of supervision and teaching of systemic practice.
Student-directed components in the Concentration, Internship and Applied
Clinical Project afford students opportunities to pursue specific application of
systemic approaches.
It will prepare graduates for careers as clinical
supervisors, graduate level teachers, private practitioners and agency
