Students will learn about the roles and techniques of risk management planning, risk identification, risk assessment, risk response and risk monitoring, as well as the integration of risk management into the total project management approach. Completion of the course also requires students to create and present a risk management plan.
- Project Cost and Time Management. In this course, students will focus on scheduling, estimating, tracking and controlling the schedule and costs of the project, including the development and application of Gantt charts, CPM and PERT techniques. Completion of the course requires students to create a project plan that includes cost, scheduling and risk assessment.
